Yes, there’s a primary in Saratoga Springs on September 12 – but only people registered in New York’s Independence Party can vote. At stake: Which candidate for City Judge will appear on the Independence Party line in November. Incumbent City Judge Francine Vero has the Independence Party endorsement; but another candidate is forcing her to defend that endorsement in this primary.
How you can help: If you’re registered in the Independence Party – please vote for Judge Francine Vero! Maybe you have family members or friends who are registered in the Independence Party. Ask around – let them know about their primary and how important their vote will be.
Judge Vero is an experienced, caring judge who’s already handling some of the most sensitive cases in our City: domestic, DWI and drug cases, etc. Don’t know Judge Vero? Hear her story in this Look TV interview (8 min.)…
Primary election will be held from 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 12 – and all districts vote at the N.E. Presbyterian Church, 24 Circular Street. That’s right – there’s only ONE POLLING PLACE on September 12—and only Independence Party voters can vote.
